He specializes in hormone optimization and medical weight loss, helping patients reclaim energy, confidence, and long-term health. As a board-certified family nurse practitioner, Bryan is known for his down-to-earth approach and commitment to results that truly make a difference.

Erika Kicklighter has called the Lake Region home for 28 years and is passionate about serving the community where she raised her family. As a certified nutrition coach, she helps clients discover simple, sustainable ways to fuel their bodies and feel their best.
Her approach focuses on balance, flexibility, and real-food nutrition—empowering clients to build habits that support lasting health, energy, and confidence. Erika offers personalized guidance through her Thrive with Kicklighter Nutrition six-week program, available self-paced or with 1-on-1 accountability, designed to fit real life and help you truly thrive.
